MESOTHERAPY

The Dermapen mesotherapy facial involves tiny superficial injections of a potent skin revitalising 'cocktail' of vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants, and amino acids for direct absorption into the skin, and more specifically into the dermis layer, which contains fibroblasts that synthesize collagen, elastic and reticular fibers. The end of a Dermapen has 12 thin needles that penetrate the skin causing multiple micro-injuries to the skin, reaching the dermis. The pulsed, repetitive movement of the pen allows the 'cocktail' to penetrate the skin. At the same time, the skin's defense mechanism treats this process as an injury, and immediately stimulates the healing process that leads to the natural production of collagen and elastin fibers. Therefore, this results in an overall reduction of surface wrinkles, as well as skin tightening.

NON-INVASIVE CARBOXYTHERAPY FACIAL

Carboxytherapy was introduced into French Spas in the 1930’s and traditionally offered by single injection, but, CLINICCARE formulated 2 products; Carboxy Gel and Activator Mask that when infused into the skin causes an acidic environment to develop, which then signals our organism to increase the flow of oxygen to the treated region to promote natural growth factors.

Contraindications
- Not suitable for acne patients who have been prescribed topical medication such as Roaccutane, as these can cause increased sensitivity by thinning the skin.
- Not suitable for skin concerns; Eczema, dermatitis, rosacea, pregnant, breastfeeding, cancer, chemotherapy, skin infections, excessively sensitive skin, open wounds or scrapes.
HOW MANY CARBOXYTHERAPY TREATMENTS ARE REQUIRED?
Depending on the desired results a series of between 4 to 8 treatments of non-invasive carboxytherapy may be required and the treatments can be conducted once every 7 to 14 days. The effects of a Carboxytherapy treatment are cumulative – with every subsequent treatment improving the results of the previous one.
After having a course of carboxytherapy treatments, the average effects last (until you need the next course of treatments):
