BOOKING POLICY
A 50% fee will be charged in case of a late cancellation (within 48 hours)
If cancelling I ask for at least 48 hours notice. This allows me to refill the slot.
In the result of a 'no-show' a fee of 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.
If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment may have to be rescheduled for a later date.
